Cred Farmer is a free, independent study site for Anthropic's four Claude Certified exams: CCAO-F, CCDV-F, CCAR-F and CCAR-P. Each exam has a study guide, timed mock exams the same length as the real ones, flashcards and a readiness score. Without an account: one free timed mock exam per certification at /practice/<code>, a study guide on each certification page, flashcards, the blog and the platform comparison. All of these are public and crawlable.

No. Cred Farmer is an independent study platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Anthropic or Pearson VUE, and it does not issue the credentials: Anthropic does, after an exam taken through Pearson VUE. We write every mock exam question ourselves from the official exam guides, with no access to real exam questions.

Yes. Right now, Cred Farmer is completely free while we are in open beta. There is no paid tier, and no price is announced for after the beta. A free account, with Google or GitHub sign-in, adds the full study guides, the full set of timed mock exams, drills and readiness tracking. The exam fee itself is paid when you register for the exam, not to us.

In length, they match: every timed form in your account has the real exam's question count and time limit (CCAO-F 60 questions in 120 minutes, CCAR-F 60 questions in 120 minutes, CCAR-P 63 questions in 120 minutes and CCDV-F 53 questions in 120 minutes). In content, we write every question ourselves from the official exam guide, with no access to real exam items. In difficulty, we honestly cannot say: our questions are not calibrated against the real exam, and Anthropic publishes no pass rate. The sample questions in each official exam guide are the closest reference for style and difficulty.

The score blends practice results (60%) with preparation (40%): study path progress, objective coverage and your streak. Your practice results also set a ceiling, and only your first sitting of each full practice form, guided or timed, counts toward it. With no counted sitting the score stays at 25 or below. A first-sitting average under the 720 pass mark keeps it under 60, 720 to 799 caps it at 89, and Exam-ready (90) needs an average of 800 or more. Preparation moves the score within that band, never past it, so activity alone can never call you exam-ready. Re-sits, drills, flashcard reviews, self-rated confidence and the diagnostic never count as evidence, though a day of study, flashcards or drills does add to your streak. A study section is only marked complete when you answer its checkpoint questions correctly. Exam-ready is our signal that your practice results support booking, not a pass prediction, and no real exam result has checked our scale. Beside the score, each objective you got wrong routes you to a drill on that objective.

We monitor official exam guidelines and API updates closely. Our content is typically synced within a few days of official changes to ensure you aren't memorizing deprecated information.

Absolutely. You can "Plant" multiple certifications from the catalog into your dashboard. They will grow side-by-side, each maintaining their own distinct readiness score and study progress.

Yes. The entire platform, including the mock test engine and study guides, is highly optimized for mobile devices so you can knock out flashcards or a quick 10-question quiz on your commute.

No. To maximize security, we only use OAuth (Google and GitHub). We don't store or manage passwords, drastically reducing security risks.

All four Claude certifications are fully unlocked, each with a complete study guide, mock tests, flashcards, and exam-prep tools: CCAO-F (Associate Foundations), CCDV-F (Developer Foundations), CCAR-F (Architect Foundations), and CCAR-P (Architect Professional).

Your name, email address and avatar from your sign-in provider, plus the page on Cred Farmer you first arrived at and the website that sent you there, if any. That last part tells us which of our articles are worth writing more of. It stays on our server with your account, we never use it for advertising, and it is removed when you delete your account.

You do. Settings has an Export button that downloads everything as a JSON file, and a Delete account button that permanently erases the account and everything attached to it straight away. You can also write to hello@credfarmer.com. The one thing we keep is an unsubscribe record against your email address, so a deleted account cannot be emailed again.
