It has four role-based exams, each a proctored Pearson VUE test of 120 minutes with a pass mark of 720 on a scaled range of 100 to 1,000. The exams are role-based, not a ladder: "Foundations" does not mean beginner, so choose the exam whose day-to-day work looks most like yours. It lists the domains, their weights, the objectives, the item types and sample questions, and it is the document every exam fact on this site is checked against. Domain A weighted section of the blueprint, such as Agents and Workflows on CCDV-F. The four exams have between 5 and 8 domains each, and the score report gives a percent correct for every one. The exams publish 28 (CCAO-F), 25 (CCDV-F), 30 (CCAR-F) and 38 (CCAR-P) objectives, 121 in all. A multiple-response item states how many options to select, and you select exactly that number, no more and no fewer. [Sample questions, explained](https://credfarmer.com/blog/claude-certification-sample-questions). ## Getting in and paying Claude Partner Network Anthropic's partner programme, and the gate to every exam: registration needs a work email on a Partner Network organisation's recognised company domain, so a personal address fails. Partner tiers Registered, Select, Preferred and Global Premier. Select, Preferred and Global Premier partners pay half the list fee. Through 31 December 2026 Global Premier partners pay nothing, and from 1 January 2027 the 50 percent rule applies to them too. List fee The published price per attempt before any partner discount: $99 for CCAO-F, $125 for CCDV-F, $125 for CCAR-F and $175 for CCAR-P. A retake costs the same as a first attempt. Registration runs across three systems: the Partner Network decides whether your domain is recognised, the Partner Academy takes payment, and Pearson VUE schedules the sitting. You schedule and sit the exam through Pearson VUE, online with OnVUE or at a test centre, and it is the same 120-minute form either way. You begin check-in 30 minutes early, show a physical unexpired ID, complete a 360-degree room scan, and get up to 120 minutes with no breaks. It is not a percentage, and Anthropic publishes no conversion from the number of questions you got right. Score report Shown on screen when the exam ends: a pass or fail, the scaled score, and the percentage of items answered correctly in each domain. Retake wait The waiting period after a failed attempt: 14 days after the first, 30 after the second and 90 after the third, with at most 4 attempts in 12 months. [Failed the exam? Renewing on time is a free, non-proctored assessment on the Partner Academy covering what changed; let it lapse and you retake the full proctored exam at the applicable fee.
